Time: the more you have of it over your life, the less it takes to start stiffening up after the APFT, and a damn sight more to stop hurting. I hate you, young people.
I've tried Ibuprofen several times, and it might as well have been placebos. It and Acetaminophen have no analgesic abilities at all when I have taken them.
I have back problems from a mild case of scoliosis, and a lot of joint problems at my age. If I thought surgery would help I'd go for it, but the doctors claim it wouldn't be much better than now.

ReplyDeleteI'm fortunate in that it generally works well for me; between osteoarthitis and back problems, it's staved off surgery for a number of years.
