I'm guessing this is someone's version of a Beretta Model 92 race gun (race gun: any stock gun with more equipment added to give the operator an edge when winning the competition is the primary reason for participating).

There's more accessories than there is gun. The only thing it's missing is a bayonet and a sling.

It's probably fast on the line, as recoil must be zero with all that mass and a 9x19 round, but it's pretty much a straight-up game gun.
Or some SWAT device. Collapsed M4 would be a better bet. You're right, game gun.
What about the spent casing? If the ejection port is blocked, where's it going to go?
