I'd figure greys; I'd think the only place this would blend in is underwater. Which is not optimal...

If they're painting the inside of ships and shore facilities to match these colors, there's some serious interior design issues going on.

I've wondered about those uniforms; didn't seem to be much point in them other than having a pattern to have one. Lot of the services would save money just going to simple utility uniforms for daily work.
