Sure, it looks like a simple, relatively current vending machine, but:
I haven't seen cigarettes in a vending machine since I was a kid in the 70s, back when the whole vending machine was for cigarettes, and you could buy candy cigarettes at the Ben Franklin dime store.
Someone on this post has a serious nicotine habit.
