That was used in the movie Showtime with Eddie Murphy and Robert De Niro, also on the TV show Firefly where it was called a Callahan Full Bore Auto Lock known as Vera.
Forgot to mention it's based on the Saiga 12 ga. shotgun.
That is not Vera! Its....kinda... similar, but no.
