Nice change from living in an area where I'd probably be throwing on a set of Carhartts to stay warm while shooting now.

Swedish Saturday
Good day to head to the range with a Swedish M96 rifle built in 1900, last fired in the '90s, with ammunition assembled from components purchased and put away about about the same time.

8 inches of snow fell through today, 20+ mph winds and headed to -15 on Monday.
Are you sure you miss Iowa winters?
Not so much. This weekend I wore a light jacket while playing with Enfields at the range. I hear my home territory has been hovering around 0 today. Nope, don't miss the winters.
There are a number of things I do miss, including the general work ethic, punctuality and ability to drive cars without being a hazard. Those I miss a great deal.
