Ugly Gun Sunday

These days, you just can't afford the fine, hand-cut one line per inch checkering, or intricate, precise parts fitting seen above.

you don't seem to like much of anything, do you? some of these 'ugly' home-made guns look pretty cool to me.

actually MOST of your comments on MOST topics are negative.

Interesting looking gun, but it is pretty ugly. Looks like something made in a basement with limited resources and tools.

Once again, I point out that if you are being invaded or oppressed by a tyrant, it takes on a beauty all of its own since it only has to work one time in order for the user to gain possession of an example of the enemy's issue weapon.

Ah, Randy. I'll get to that, although not quite yet. There's enough material there for a post on its own.

Bob,

I believe it's actually partially home-fabricated with some original parts, from its appearance.

ebd10,

Were it to be that situation for me, a single-shot 12 guage made of scrap pipe would be a thing of beauty, if it would enable me to get a true assault rifle and some slighty bloody web gear to go with it at a later time....

Is this the 6.5X50 Japanese pistol that was confiscated in Vietnam? I like the sliding linkages - bespeaks some engineering knowledge.
