An Astra in 25 ACP. Hopefully this was origninally intended as a lady's purse pistol (although depending on the lady, it looks like it could've ridden in a garter for faster access), as any man pulling this on someone would have a better chance of them laughing their way into being incapacitated than relying on cartridge stopping power.

bullcrap. if one of those was pointed at you, you'd need to change your underwear all of a sudden...a firearm is a firearm; plenty of people killed by .25 'popguns' like this-and probably MORE paralyzed or shitting into a colostomy bag for the rest of their days.
i LIKE this dinky little cheapo(what, $50 or so)saturday nite special. it has a sleazy charm.
plus, it's very concealable and light.

Sleazy it is, and AD is much like myself; large, and probably willing to take some damage in exchange for an acceptable outcome. Once you've experienced enough, the little shit doesn't bother near as much.
Those aren't Saturday Night Specials, they were pretty good quality. I used to have one(not that pimped, of course) and it worked.
Agreed that the .25 ain't all that, but strangely enough Cor-Bon makes a pretty hot load for it! Gets everything you're gonna get out of it. Admittedly, that's still not much. But ANYTHING is better than nothing. Shoot them 5-6 times in the throat and they leave you alone.
